Diana White

Attorney-at-Law and Registered Commercial Mediator

Diana White has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients on business law matters and commercial mediation. Her practice focuses on corporate, commercial and contract law, cross-border transactions and business dispute resolution.

Throughout her career at international business law firms in Austria, Germany, Central and Eastern Europe, and the United States, she has advised numerous leading companies and senior executives. She combines legal precision with business acumen and a clear, efficient approach.

Understanding the intersection of law and business

In addition to her legal education in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and the United States, Diana White studied economics in Germany and international economics in the United States. She holds two Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees from institutions in the United Kingdom and the United States, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in Arizona.

With more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), she has developed a strong ability to analyze complex matters, identify the underlying interests in disputes, and devise practical courses of action.

International commercial mediation

As a mediator registered in Austria and holding international mediation credentials, including accreditation from CEDR in London and DGM in Germany, Diana White helps parties resolve domestic and cross-border business disputes. Her practice focuses particularly on shareholder disputes, internal corporate and executive-level conflicts, as well as disputes arising from business acquisitions and equity transfers.

Her training in coaching, life and social counseling, and professional supervision complements her legal and business expertise, informing her approach to communication, decision-making, and the dynamics of complex negotiations.

International speaker and trainer

As an international speaker and trainer, Diana White works with senior executives, CEOs, executive board members, and emerging leaders, including those who have recently taken on leadership roles or responsibility for a team or business function. She advises and trains them in executive-level leadership communication and conflict management at the highest level. Her presentations and training programs equip decision-makers to communicate clearly under pressure, persuade executive audiences, and negotiate confidently in challenging situations. Key areas of focus include strategy implementation, a confident and persuasive professional presence, responding to provocations and manipulative rhetorical tactics, responding effectively in the moment, and using body language and gestures purposefully.

As a lecturer and trainer at universities and business schools, she provides practice-oriented instruction in business law, negotiation and dispute resolution.
