Diana-Maria White has extensive experience in advising national and international clients in all areas of corporate, commercial and contract law as well as in cross-border transactions. Having worked for top law firms in Austria and CEE, Diana has advised numerous reputable clients over the past 15 years. She is reputed as a fast, solution-oriented and efficient negotiator. Given her experience serving as a main legal counsel to leading companies and providing and coordinating the delivery of legal advice in all relevant areas of law over the past years, Diana has gained extensive insights into clients' legal and economic needs and procedures and is best suited to provide hands-on and customized advice. In addition to her legal education in Germany, the Netherlands and the U.S. (LL.M.), Diana has studied international economics and holds a MBA from the University of Phoenix, Arizona. She is furthermore a qualified business mediatior ("eingetragener Mediator") and acts as a mediator in national and international disputes. Diana is also a lecturer at various universities and business schools.
